Q: When do I need to order my ice cream to get it by the next Friday pick-up date?
By Wednesday! We will be able to make orders placed through Wednesday in time for this Friday. Orders placed Thursday or later will be bumped to next week.
Q: Wait, didn't you close? Where am I supposed to pick up my ice cream?? Pick up your ice cream at our old shopfront on the corner of Madison and Eisenhower. We have closed our shop, but have a few months left on our lease. If our business proves sustainable in its new form we will move to a smaller commercial kitchen in Loveland once our lease is up.
Q: Okay, when can I pick up my order? We will be open from 4-8PM every Friday, and we will expect that you are picking your ice cream up on the very first Friday after you order it. If you miss your pick-up date make sure to contact us.
Q: What if I miss the order deadline for this week? Is there any way I can still get ice cream by this Friday? Yes! Whenever we end up with extra during our weekly production, we will sell it on a first-come, first-serve basis during our pick-up time on Friday. Feel free to come in and check out what's available even if you haven't pre-ordered! Cash or check only.
Q: Are you going to re-open your store during the summer? We do not intend to at this time.
E-Mail Questions
Q: How can I get e-mail updates for your ice cream and not the coffee? Or the coffee and not the ice cream? I'm not interested in them both. Easy! On every one of our e-mails there is a link on the right that says "Join My List". . .There's also a link way at the bottom that says "Update Profile/E-mail Address". Click either of these and you will be guided through and allowed to choose which e-mail lists you want to subscribe to. First step: uncheck the General Updates box.
--If you are on the General Update list, you will receive both Ice Cream and Coffee updates. This is the list we added everyone to in the beginning (because we had 3000 contacts on our list and weren't sure what everybody wanted to be informed about.)
--If you are only on the Coffee Updates list you will only get e-mails about coffee.
--If you are only on the Ice Cream Updates list you will only get e-mails about ice cream.
Feel free to sign up for one, or two, or all of them! If you are on two lists, and we send the same e-mail to both of them, you will automatically only receive it once.

Q: I don't care about ice cream, where is your coffee shop? Has it opened yet? We are working to install a new coffee hut next to the Conoco gas station just west of the I-25/Hwy34 interchange. Should be opening soon; if you're on our e-mail update list you'll find out when as soon as we know. Can't wait to see you there!
